How to solve problems

How to solve problems

Everyone has problems. And financial, of course, are among the most popular. But everyone looks at them differently. How circumstances will affect you depends only on your perception.

Most people are afraid of any problems and they try to avoid them like fire. Of course, this is impossible. Always and everywhere there are difficulties to go through. Of course, the less ambition and goals you have, the less obstacles you have on the way. But if you didn’t have any goals, you wouldn’t be reading these lines. Even if the goal is to get rid of problems.

Problems are an integral and natural part of our life, but our mind automatically gives this word too negative connotation. Replacing this word with more neutral definitions does nothing to help the problems themselves disappear. Ignoring unresolved situations is also rarely an option, otherwise it wouldn’t be a problem.

Wisdom

Over the years, I have learned one wisdom: you need to approach any problem as an entrepreneur. Then any problem really becomes just another routine task. As if problem solving is your profession, your specialty.

In this case, cold-blooded calculation and impartiality will help you a lot, because personal emotions are rarely useful in such cases. Analyzing past events for what went wrong and at what point, as well as drawing up a plan for the future with a step-by-step algorithm, will be the key not only to solving the current problem, but also to your own peace of mind.

Also, never make a problem your own. If you make it your personal problem, then the body’s instant response in the form of excess stress will not take long. Problems are not “yours”, they just are. However, just like everything else, including wisdom.

You come into contact with problems, interact with them and look for solutions, but there is no need to become these problems yourself and identify with them. Look at everything from a distance.

For example, as when watching a movie, when you, together with the main character, can look for a way out of a difficult situation and even experience with him, but at the same time you always remember that you have popcorn and cola in your hand. At the same time, both cinema and physical life do not last forever. This makes them somewhat identical, and you observe both in the same way.

From this follows the second wisdom: everything ends someday. Everything that has a beginning has an end. Whether it is love, joy, youth, financial crises or the life of the whole universe. If you really understand this, then your mind and feelings will increasingly be in a state of balance and peace.

If you accept and combine these two wisdoms together, then the outlook will change not only on problems, but also on life itself.
